From there, the design unfolds naturally and with intention, seamlessly weaving together form and function into a singular, cohesive story. Residential Packages

Foundation Session

$500 - 90 minute session - required for all projects

We meet you in your space and spend time understanding how you live, move, rest, gather, and transition through your home. This isn’t about trends or quick fixes, we listen, observe, and translate your lifestyle into design direction. You’ll leave with clarity, early insights, and a grounded sense of next steps.

During the Foundation Session, we:

Review your preferences, aversions, and existing pieces to understand your visual language
Talk through daily rhythms, pain points, and how the space currently functions
Identify what to keep, rework, release, or replace
Develop an initial color and material direction
Brainstorm layout and furnishing ideas aligned with your lifestyle
Create a clear design action list
Measure and photograph the space for accuracy

This session sets the tone for everything that follows.

The DIY Design

Starting at $1,500 per room

This option is for clients who want professional direction and structure, but plan to execute the project themselves.

You’ll receive a clear, cohesive design framework, layout, palette, and visual guidance, so you can move forward with confidence instead of second-guessing every decision. It’s ideal if you enjoy shopping, sourcing, or implementing at your own pace, but want the assurance that everything works together.

Includes:

Curated color palette and material direction
Scaled floor plan with recommended furniture dimensions
Visual design board to guide furnishings, lighting, and overall tone
Think of this as the blueprint — thoughtful, intentional, and easy to follow.

Full Service Design

Starting at $1,500 per room

This is comprehensive design support from concept through completion.

We develop a complete plan for your space and manage the details that bring it to life including sourcing, coordination, and execution so you don’t have to carry the mental load. This option works beautifully for room refreshes, renovations, and new construction.

Includes:

Sourcing of finishes and furnishings (flooring, wall treatments, lighting, furniture, art, rugs, window treatments, décor, and personal shopping)
Line-item allowance spreadsheet for clear budgeting
Project coordination and management
Purchasing and installation oversight

You stay involved where it matters, vision and approval, while we handle the logistics.

Our Experience

This collection reflects nearly two decades of design... This career has been a journey through many types of spaces, from workplaces and homes to luxury living, hospitality, retail, and beyond. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with, learning from, and mentoring tremendously talented architects, builders, and fellow designers, as together we shaped spaces that merge vision with craft.

Many of these projects were born through Ivity Co., while others were with studios I’ve been honored to call home at some point in my career. My experience and portfolio are vast, yet somehow connected as together, they form a tapestry of experience, each space a testament to the beauty of collaboration and the enduring pursuit of thoughtful design.
